Zensark, Inc is looking to hire an entrepreneurial candidate to lead our Canadian business based in Burlington, ON. The person heading the Canadian Offices will be a multi-faceted business leader with exposure to Sales, Client Engagement, Project Management in software services. They should have a demonstrated technical depth and breadth to be able to quickly spot disparate opportunities, develop proposals, win projects and build the right functional & technical team(s) based in Canada.


  • Determining the company’s strategic direction to grow the business in North America and setting policies in place to help build a strong sales and delivery organization;
  • Driving sales in the region through defined sales campaigns and engaging with customers throughout the entire sales process;
  • Selecting sales and IT technical staff required to sustain the growth of the business;
  • Bringing hands-on experience to help build a strong organization while creating a good culture and working environment;
  • Representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Allocating material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs;
  • Establishing financial and administrative controls;
  • Formulating and approving sales strategies;
  • Approving overall human resources planning and hiring middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegating the necessary authority to them to achieve the organizational goals


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or a related field;
  • A diploma or degree in business would be an asset
  • 5+ years of software sales experience including business to business (B2B) sales and business to government (B2G) sales;
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing delivery of software projects, both onshore and offshore
  • Work experience in being able to deliver IT projects in a cost-effective manner, within stipulated time
  • Strong ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
  • Awareness of global delivery model and preferably experience of having worked in multiple geographies
  • Experience building and managing an organization or large sales teams
